Q: What is the best time and method to contact WeatherWorksAustralia?
We’re in the Western Time Zone, based in Perth, Western Australia. As a guide, Perth is normally 2 hours behind Sydney, except for a time early in Daylight Saving where this can be 3 hours. Our normal office hours when we answer the phone are between 7:30 AM - 11 AM Monday - Friday. If we should be away from base, please leave a message on our answering machine (08) 9359 2582. We answer email at all times and despatch orders Monday- Friday.
Q. What is the best method of contact?
We prefer that you ask your questions about products and availability by e-mail in the first instance, since that gives us more time to prepare a researched answer. We check our e-mail frequently throughout the day when we are at home base. It is best if you provide a follow-up contact phone/mobile number to enable clarification of any points or queries.
Q. Do you accept credit card transactions?
Please note that we do not handle credit card transactions. Bank Transfer is the preferred and surest method. Please see Terms and Conditions for further detail.
Q: Do you have a shop where we can view your products?
Sorry, can’t help on this. All of our sales are conducted by mail, fax and email. Verbal orders must be confirmed, so there is no possibility for confusion. Orders are processed and despatched from our warehouse in Perth, Western Australia.
