TERMS

Purchase Orders:

Gladly accepted from school and private/government organisations, which can be an email attachment, fax or post. We require a formal back-up to verbal orders

International Purchase Orders:

We accept orders from educators or organisations around the globe and will endeavour to keep you fully informed on the progress of your Order

Payment Terms:

School and private/government organisational accounts are entitled to 30 days trading terms

Payment Methods:

WeatherWorks does not handle credit cards. Please nominate your other preferred method of payment be it Cheque, Money Order or Direct Bank Deposit. As is standard business practice, you will appreciate that for Cheques, Money Orders and Direct Bank Deposits, the ordered components will be despatched only after payment has been cleared. This may result in a slight delay.

Prices:

All prices are nominated in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices on our website are subject to change. We will revise web prices as they occur

Discounts:

Normally by negotiation; particularly for large value school or organisational orders

Postage:

Will be added and normally be via Australia Post unless advised otherwise. For larger orders we would use Road Transport, which is very efficient door-to-door. Please note however that fuel surcharges are a rising factor in freight charges

Insurance:

WeatherWorksAustralia does not insure goods sent by post or other means. Should you wish to avail yourself of insurance, this will be an added cost

Out-of Stock Items:

We are like most, faced with this problem from time to time; particularly where goods need to be sourced from Asia or Europe. We will advise you should this be the case and your pending advice the goods will be put on back-order and despatched when received into our warehouse

Warranty:

All products are covered by manufacturer’s warranty- normally 12 months unless otherwise stated. Faulty products still under warranty will be either repaired or replaced. Should neither of these options be possible, a refund will be given.

Returns and Exchange:

Subject to WeatherWorksAustralia approval, we will refund or exchange goods purchased minus freight and shipping charges, provided they are in mint condition within 14 days. The goods must be accompanied by a copy of the tax invoice or receipt. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the product is packaged in a secure manner

Instructions:

Please read carefully. If these are not understood fully, kindly contact WeatherWorks Australia. Should the product be damaged by not correctly following the instructions, the warranty will be voided.

WeatherWorks Australia is committed to respecting your privacy. All information collected during the sales process is stored securely. The information we collect about you is for two reasons. Firstly, to enable us to process your order and secondly, to provide a quick and convenient contact to ensure we provide you with the best service possible. We will not share you information with any third party.
